What to expect on your first visit

Initial Consultation
We believe great care starts with listening. Our chiropractors will discuss your pain points and clinical history to understand your health goals, then thoroughly assess your condition and explain the next steps to help you achieve better health.

Postural Analysis
Our postural analysis captures your body balance and posture in real time, providing clear visual insights with reliable accuracy to help you take charge of your health journey. A comprehensive posture assessment is performed to identify forward head posture and any other postural imbalances that may be affecting your body.

Comprehensive Spinal and Joint Examination
Our Chiropractors will conduct a series of range-of-motion assessments to evaluate your current physical condition. Chiropractic adjustments will be administered only when clinically appropriate and safe to do so.

Chiropractic Adjustments*
Our Chiropractors will use their hands or a small instrument (activator) to apply a controlled force to the spinal joints. A “Crack” or “Pop” sound may occur as your spine gets manipulated. Do not be alarmed, as the adjustment releases trapped gasses from your joints.

X-Rays (If Clinically Required)
X-Rays will be recommended so that our Chiropractors can accurately diagnose your condition before prescribing a tailored care plan. It is also for your safety and for us to rule out any possible underlying conditions that cannot be treated by Chiropractic.

Report of Findings
The review of your X-rays is complimentary at your following visit if you take up the X-rays with our preferred diagnostic partners.
